At Nonna Bella’s Bakery, all our cakes, cupcakes, and desserts are made fresh to order. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Deposits: For custom orders, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable once ingredients or custom items (such as toppers, decorations, or packaging) have been purchased.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Refunds cannot be offered if:

An incorrect delivery address was provided.

The product was not collected/delivered on time.

Storage or handling instructions were not followed.

A custom order was cancelled after ingredients or custom items had already been purchased.
