By placing an order with Nonna Bella’s Bakery, you agree to the following:

  • All products are handmade; slight variations in appearance may occur.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to confirm your order.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once ingredients or custom items have been purchased.

  • Orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance (custom cakes may require longer).

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeframe.

Allergens and Kitchen Info

  • Common allergens may be present: dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy.
  • While we take care, cross-contact can occur. Not suitable for severe allergies.
  • Allergen details are listed on each product page where applicable.

Custom Orders and Designs

  • We match colours and designs as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur.
  • Edible prints and decorative elements may vary based on availability.

Payment and Pricing

  • Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment is taken at checkout. Deposits are required for custom orders.
